I have LOVED this apartment, but I need to move out before the end of my lease due to new family changes.
The property management company (see: vrent.com) will allow a new tenant to take over my lease (good through July 2026), provided this tenant passes their screening process (rental application, credit check, references, etc). I will not be involved in that process, but will simply refer you to them.
This is the listing on zillow of the neighboring apartment which has the exact same floorpan, but is not as nice IMO.
