• Furnished room with your own bathroom (technically the extra one, but you’ll have it to yourself)
• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.)
• Rent is $1755.50 + utilities (usually ~$70–150 depending on season/usage)
• Bike parking, pool, and coin laundry on-site
• About 15 min bike to campus and groceries nearby (Ventura neighborhood)
• Single occupancy only
