Looking for a roommate for our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom lofted condo apartment located walking distance from downtown Redwood City. The apartment is a 2 floor ~1300 sqft apartment with an in-unit washer/dryer, A/C, heating, fully equipped kitchen, and ample sunlight! Also comes with a dedicated covered parking spot. Building amenities include secure package lockers, access to full gym and pool, office space with printing, and at-request maintenance. The location is near Whole Foods, Safeway, the Redwood City Caltrain station, and easy access to El Camino.
We (myself and partner) use the upstairs bedroom. I work in the office M-F and my partner works from home. We are looking for someone to take over the downstairs bedroom (which has its own bathroom). Move in would be end of October 2025. Estimated rent is about $2100 plus about $150 for utilities (including internet).
