House is a 3 bed 1 bath, looking for people to sublease two of the rooms til July 2026. Close to downtown Palo Alto. There's parking in front of the house and one spot along the driveway. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage, and bathroom. Quiet neighborhood, small hacienda market across the street along with a few other small businesses. There is currently a third housemate staying in the house and we're looking to move the beginning of October. Rent is $1450 plus deposit plus last months rent, last months rent can be paid in installments over the year.
