I'm a PostDoc at Stanford (29 yo, from Italy). I currently live in Palo Alto but I'm considering to move to San Francisco in the near future. I would like to share a two bedroom apartment with someone in one of the following areas:
- Mission
- Portero
- Castro
- Haight-Ashbury
The price budget would be strictly not above $1900/person (below if possible). Let me tell you something more about myself and the person I'm looking for.
I'm a pretty social person, but also very respectful of people's boundaries and personal space. I see the house like my home and thus I like to keep it in good order, clean and cozy. I'm looking for a friendly co-living situation rather than just a house sharing arrangement. I lived with other people for most of the last 10 years, so I'm pretty used to that. I like cooking often (as you could have guess from my nationality :) ) and have friends over for dinner and drinks sometimes. I'm still planning to go to Stanford at least two or three days per week and work remotely the rest of the time.
