Rent: $1225 + utilities (Internet; power; heating. Approx $100/month per person).
Available for Move In: October 1st (flexible)
Rental Period: 1 year but will consider shorter periods on a case-by-case basis.
The House
We have an opening in our 3-bedroom apartment located in Downtown Menlo Park. Apartment has beautiful, exposed wood ceiling. Our location is ideal: we're a 5-minute walk from Santa Cruz Ave, near numerous bars and cafes and several grocery stores (Safeway, Trader Joe’s, Draeger’s) and 10 minutes bike from Stanford campus.
Common areas are spacious and bright - living, dining, and kitchen. We also have a nice and sunny balcony with a small bird house. There is a mobile app-op laundry in the complex. We also have a small storage area in the garage, if needed. No pets allowed per the lease.
The available room is cozy and comes unfurnished as per lease terms. Landlord is very responsive to any problems. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate (female).
