I am selling my well-maintained late 80s/early 90s classic racing bike by German manufacturer Hercules. The bicycle is in excellent technical and optical condition and is suitable for people between 175–185cm/5’9’’–6’1’’.
The racer is equipped with high-end parts:
- Groupset: Sachs New Success (2x7), with downtube friction shifters
- Breaks: Campagnolo Chorus
- Frame size: seat tube (c-t): 58cm (22.8’’) // crossbar (c-c): 52cm (20.4’’) // head tube: 17cm (6.7’’)
- Tyre size: 28’’: profile: 23-622 (700x23c) // rims: Mavic MA2 700C // hub: Shimano Santé 5000 (1980s), 7-sprocket cassette
All bearings were opened, cleaned and greased. The old brakes were exchanged for Campagnolo Chorus. The wheels were freshly trued. The spokes on the back wheel were newly laced. Additional accessories include an Apple AirTag reflector and an extra saddle (one black, one white).
