* ~225 sq ft, with two closets, 10 built-in drawers, and great natural light/views. Comes unfurnished, I just haven’t packed my things yet
* Directly connected to the shared bathroom, which is a great convenience
* Plenty of storage + a built-in nook perfect for a TV or workspace
Rent & lease:
* $1475/month + utilities
* Available Oct 11
* The lease renews June 30 - I just signed, so you'd be subletting my place until the renewal in June and can then sign on for an additional year then.
