Looking for someone (ideally in late 20s or early 30s) to move into 3br/2ba house with in-unit washer & dryer, large private backyard, and a separate den/private office. House has tons of light, high ceilings and a beautiful/open kitchen with top end appliances. You'll also have access to storage in the garage and in the shared den. Hoping to sign a one-year lease, but open to something shorter. Current roommates are 2 M, both in their late 20s working in tech & finance in the city: Ben Lovell Bassel Abu Jabal

Plenty of room for a bed and full WFH desk setup, nightstands/bookshelf and a large closet big enough for lots of hanging items, shoe rack and laundry baskets.
