Looking for someone interested in a 1B/1Ba in a 2B/2Ba unit at Oak Creek Apartments, part of the Stanford faculty/staff housing. The apartment will be shared with a male Stanford resident (orthopedic surgery) who is the primary leaseholder.
Current roommate prefers if future tenant is a male and vegetarian, but can be flexible.
Lease is currently through April 2026 -- if interested, you would be added to the lease directly via the leasing office. Do not have to be a Stanford affiliate, though it would be preferred. Start date is flexible — likely mid-October but can be earlier/later.
About the Apartment and Complex:
-Spacious unit - 1334 total square feet. "Bedroom 2" in the attached floor plan. Private bathroom.
-Community amenities include: swimming pools, jacuzzi, gym, lounge, and tennis courts
-Apartment is fully furnished. Can leave any furniture behind (desk, chair, mattress, lamps etc..) at no cost. Can also leave basic kitchen appliances (e.g. toaster, rice cooker etc.). There are already basic shared utensils/plates/cups shared with the roommate.
