> Instructor
Karn Verma, is a passionate dance instructor specializing in Argentine tango and Cross Step Waltz. Inspired by Michael Jackson at age seven, he later immersed himself in social dance through Richard Powers’ classes at Stanford. After performing Salsa and Bachata with a Los Angeles company, he discovered Argentine tango in 2015, training extensively in Buenos Aires and Rome with Pablo Verón. Karn has taught at Stanford’s Bechtel International Center, Friday Night Waltz, Jikoji Zen Center, and the Oshman Family JCC. In 2022, he founded Feeling Flow, a school that integrates meditation, community, and musicality into dance, introducing live music milongas, structured tango series, and cross-disciplinary events. Beyond dance, he is active in technology and healthcare innovation, while practicing Zen and hosting Japanese tea ceremonies.
