- Seeking a female roommate, preferably in her late 20s to early 30s for a yearlong lease that would start at the beginning of December (I am also female)
- Rent is split between the two of us. About $1,500 for each person.
- Utilities (electric + Wi-Fi) are split between the two of us
- 2 bed/1.5 bath rental in Mountain View (You would have your own room and we’d share the bathroom spaces)
- Kitchen comes with all appliances
- Also included: 1 car garage, tiny backyard, living room, and heat
- Washer and dryer are shared with other units
- Looking for someone long-term
- Must be kind, clean, and proactive
- Pays rent on time and picks up after themselves
- Must close/lock garage and apartment doors
- Good communication skills are a must. Someone who is open to chatting through any challenges as they come up
- No pets, smoking, or drugs
- Chores will be shared evenly
- I work a hybrid schedule (some days at home, some in-office)
- Apartment is partly furnished

- I can also give a tour of the place after having an initial Zoom call
