Looking for considerate and respectful housemate to fill out an unfurnished or optional basic furnishing(full size bed, mattress, desk, chair, lamp) private room with an ensuite private bathroom in a 3b/3b apartment in Menlo Park downtown. Upscale and quiet neighborhood, washer dryer in unit. 5 mins drive and 12 mins bike ride to Stanford.

1. Lease Length - 6+ months
2. Rent per month - 1600 + utilities + wifi (~ $200 to 250 per month)
3. Monthly cleaning service for common space - kitchen, living room ~$40 per person per month
4. Availability - Oct 2025

Roommates: Working professionals in their mid 20-30s, works for a tech company. Another one is a researcher at Stanford. Friendly, organized, considerate and respectful. Willing to socialize as little or as much as possible. Not a partier, prefer the new housemate with similar lifestyle. Long work hours and usually keep to ourseleves on weekdays.

Quiet hours 10 pm to 8 am - this is property management rule, not negotiable. Not looking for night owls and partiers. Use of musical instruments, morotized equipment/machines, washer/dryer during quiet hours is not permitted.
This apartment has thin walls and one of the rooms is really close to the kitchen. We are also not looking for people who want to cook a lot or want to persistently cook during quiet hours.

Will only accept good credit, with proof of employment, minimum monthly gross salary 3*1600 = $4800.

2 months advance rent and 1 month as security deposit, total $4800 before moving in. Additional fixed utilities/wifi/cleaning cost due at the beginning of each month + PGE as bills are published time to time
