The apartment is located in the highly desirable Old Mill community in Mountain View. The complex is beautiful with plenty of space to walk, lots of trees, and streams/pond/fountain. There are also two pools, a hot tub, a grill, and a clubhouse. The location is terrific, located right next to the San Antonio shopping center with all major stores (Safeway, Trader Joe's, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The location is also a 5 minute walk from the San Antonio Caltrain station.
I am looking for a 12 month lease. The ideal fit is a low-key person with a stable job who is good natured and agreeable. The rent is set at $2000 a month, the room will be fully furnished (if desired), and the tenant will not have to pay for any utilities. A parking spot in a locked garage underneath the building is also available with the lease, free of charge.
About Me: I am a 27 year old Stanford alumnus (B.S. MCS 2020, M.S. Statistics 2021) who works in the area as a software engineer. I'm fairly quiet, enjoy making my own meals, and usually work out/play tennis/cycle and explore the outdoors in my free time.
