Street parking is available.
The renter will also have access to a shared large kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove top, a family room, a large living room with hardwood floors and a private backyard with garden.
The House has central air conditioning/heating and the neighborhood watch program.
Available immediately for $1000/mo. Security deposit $500. Month-to-month rental; rate will remain fixed for one year. Rent is due on the 1st day of the month.
Included with rent: Utilities, Wi-Fi; housekeeper cleaning service; inside laundry.
