I am looking for one roommate, preferably female, to take over my lease for a room in a WONDERFUL home in Palo Alto from November 1st to June 1st (with possibility of extension)
I have to move out so I can help a family member who's gone through surgery.
Rent is $1825 per month + utilities which are ~$100 per person per month.
• The room and house are fully furnished (see photos) with a beautiful backyard and garden area. Perfect for sitting outside in the spring weather! We even have a lovely piano. You'd share a bathroom with a friendly girl in her mid twenties.
• Our house share has been a community of 3 lovely women in their 20 and early 30s and 1 friendly queer male who are Stanford affiliates or working professionals. The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and relatively quiet. We sometimes share meals or watch TV together and we try to keep the house very clean and tidy.
• The location is a 10-minute drive/15-minute bike ride to Stanford's campus. Downtown Palo Alto is a 5-minute drive/10-minute bike ride.
