Hi! We're looking for like-minded professionals and students in the area to be part of our lovely community. We're a group of entrepreneurs and scholars (early to late 20s) in climate tech, philanthropy, and design.
This beautiful house is located on a 1.5 acre lot at the border of Palo Alto/Los Altos/Los Altos Hills and takes 15 minutes to drive to any part of the Stanford campus. The neighborhood is very private and quiet, perfect for someone who enjoys running in the morning and just want to be away from the busy Silicon Valley area.
The price include utilities which is fixed at 280 for everyone. This covers water, electricity/gas, wifi, garbage, etc. There will be no additional deposit or expenses - as a house organizer I generally try to get things including some weekly groceries, outdoor/indoor furnitures, and anything for common use to make it feel like an actual home.
We currently have master bedrooms and a single room with shared bathroom available!
