Bathroom shared: 70SF, Full bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, and toilet
Landing and closet: 50SF
Several large closets with hanging bars and shelves, etc.
Semi-private access to upstairs suite area
Utilities included (Power, water, garbage, cable TV, WiFi). Suite has separate Heat and AC controls.
If renter is not conscientious about power usage, 1/3 of the PG&E bill will also be shared. This has never been an issue, just be water and energy wise.
Street parking for 1 car per room
Weekend access to washer/dryer (2 loads per week maximum)
No kitchen privileges in the host house.
No kitchen in suite. Microwave and small refrigerator are provided.
Monthly (once per month) cleaning included. Clean bathroom and vacuum carpeting in rooms.
About the house and occupants:
Husband, wife and 20 something kids (rarely home). We both work. Fairly quiet.
House is an updated and well maintained ranch on a quiet cul-de-sac.

No smoking or drugs
Occasional overnight guest is OK
No pets (but we have 3 cats).
