Hi! I am a new staff member moving to the area from Boulder, CO with my husband and 2-year old son. We are looking for a 2 (or 3) bedroom apartment/house ideally within biking distance to campus. I'd love to find a lease that starts sometime in December or early January.

If you have any leads (or any tips) for this California newbie, please let me know. I am on campus now for the next week and then will be back again soon. Thanks in advance!
