• Availability: December 1st – January 31st (2-month lease)
• Possible extension: Can be extended upon discussion with the other two roommates
• Rent: $1600/month + utilities (split evenly)
• Deposit: $1600

About the House:
• Private bedroom (comes fully furnished with bed, desk, sofa and TV, which you can buy from the previous tenant for a low price)
• Your own bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room

We’re two Postdocs working at Stanford. We keep the house friendly, tidy, and low-stress. Everyone does their part, and we enjoy an occasional chat, dinner or movie night together.
