The apartment includes 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom.
The room for rent is not furnished. The apartment is located a 10 mins walking from Trader Joes, Safeway, and 20 minutes from the Menlo Park cal train.
I love living here/have lived here for 5 years.
Guests welcome, but no overnight boyfriends out of respect for each other!
Utilities are 80-$100 a month.
Deposit is $1,000 to secure room, which is returnable upon lease completion.
I'm looking for someone that is clean and respectful.
