I'm looking for someone who wants a good social connection with their roommate. There's no need to be best friends, but it would be nice to share meals, watch movies and go out together sometimes!

- Located along University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto; 10-15 mins walk to the shopping district of the street; 20 mins walk to Wholefoods; 10-15 mins cycle to campus
- Easy access to the freeway

- Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Total rent is $3800, for the bedroom that you would be leasing it is $1900/month; the total rental price for the apartment includes garbage collection and water
- The remaining utilities (e.g., electric and wi-fi) come to ~$200/month in total (so ~$100/person/month)
- The apartment has a dishwasher and there is a coin operated laundry facility in the apartment complex (2 washing machines $1.50/usage; 2 dryers $2/usage)
