Hi everyone,
I’m moving out unexpectedly and looking for someone to take this apartment for rent.
Since the lease break fee is quite high, I’m offering to cover your first month’s rent in full if you take over the lease.
(It’s mutually beneficial !)
Address: 600 North Whisman Road, Mountain View, CA
Photos: https://www.600whisman.com/mountain-view/600-whisman-apartments/photos/
(Same layout as Tours #3, 785 sqft)
A minimum one-year lease
Unit Features
- 2nd-floor unit with a private garage below (very quiet and private)
- 1 covered carport + 1 private storage (both free)
- In-unit washer, dryer, refrigerator, and dishwasher
- I can leave the large table in the living room, the shelf and bed in the master room, the mattress, and the dining table if you’d like.
Rent: $3,295/month (includes water and garbage) at least one year contraction

I’ve lived here for about 1 year and 5 months, it’s been very quiet and nice.
When my family was away, I occasionally rented the second room short-term. Given the proximity to major tech companies, it was easy to find short-term roommates (around $1,600/month for 3 months).
You can reach me through SUPOST via my Stanford email.
Thank you.
