• Room/bath: Your own bedroom + Your own bathroom with a tub
• Laundry: Free! Shared across only 3 units.
• Rent: $1900.
• Security deposit: One month’s rent ($1900)
• Move-in: Dec 23, 2025, but we can discuss dates.
• Utilities: Internet + PG&E (average $70)
• Lease term: One year (Until Dec 23, 2026)
Convenient location ______________________
• Groceries: 5 min walk to Trader Joes and Draegers (5 min walk), Safeway (0.5 miles)
• Stanford proximity: 10 min bike ride to Stanford Medical campus
• Caltrain: 15 min walk; 5 min ride.
What I appreciate in my roommate ___________
• Clean and respectful.
• We prefer a quiet home. Communicate guests up front.
• We compost. I'd appreciate a housemate who's willing to compost and recycle properly :)
• No smoking, No pets due to property management rules.
