The house is located between Embarcadero, Oregon and 101. Stanford, Google, Facebook, Downtown Palo Alto are only a few minutes away.
No smoking, drugs, pets or heavy drinking allowed. Only social drinking.
Rent is $1295 a month. The first and last month payment is required, plus a $400 safety deposit. Use of the laundry room for $50 per month and $65 dollars for utilities.
