I'm looking for someone to share the cost of colocation with me. Now we are planning to host our servers with HE in Fremont, CA. Since the smallest unit they are offering is a 42U rack, I am looking for someone who is willing to colocate their server in the same rack. Following are the details for one share of the rack:

Location: Fremont, CA
Rack Size: 10U
Power: 120V 2.5A guranteed (up to 300w), 12V 3.5A burst
Bandwidth: 250Mbps guranteed, 1000Mbps burst
Public IPs: 5 IPv4 addresses
Cost: $150/month
Commitment: 3 months+
