We are looking to sublet a *VERY* spacious master bedroom and attached private bathroom in a 2b2b apartment at a prime location in Mountain View. You will be sharing the common areas with a very friendly and easy-going young female research professional at Stanford. The room is large enough to be occupied by two people or a couple (have been living here with my husband myself)! We are looking for one/two females or couples.
Move-in date flexible (preferably end of Nov)
Location: Mountain View (near The San Antonio Village), walkable to VTA bus stops and Caltrain station, easy access to Stanford, Google, Tesla etc. and close to major freeways, direct access to dedicated bike paths
Apartment features:
- Recently built with all modern amenities, hardwood floors, stainless-steel appliances
- Centralized AC and heating
- Large kitchen with amazing storage and counter space
- In-unit washer and dryer
- Large balcony and plenty of natural light throughout the apartment
Community:
- Gated community in a secure location
- Locked bike storage & repair facility in the building
- Very pet friendly
- 24 hour gym inside the building
- Outdoor BBQ, picnic areas, clubhouse, lounge/work form home areas with good wifi, large pool and hot tub (all very well maintained)
- Accepts BILT card for rental payments (earn credit card points on rent $$!)
Rent: 2623.5 (for two people/couple) and 2373.5 (for single) + utilities (about 100-200 depending on your usage). The amount includes a free parking spot in a secure gated garage (equivalent price $100 per month).
