Hello! I’m a Stanford PhD student and I’m subletting my entire 1B1B apartment in Mission Bay for a short-term stay – perfect if you want to enjoy SF life, have an easy Caltrain commute, or need a comfortable base while traveling.

--- Location / Commute

Mission Bay – safe, modern neighborhood with lots of new buildings

~0.2 miles (~2 min walk) to Caltrain → very easy commute to Stanford & the Peninsula

Walking distance to Oracle Park, Chase Center, SOMA, and waterfront parks

Muni stop downstairs; groceries, cafes, restaurants, bars, clubs, and entertainment all within a 2–5 min walk

--- The Apartment (You Get the Whole Place)

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, kitchen, in-building laundry

Quiet, comfortable space when you’re home

Step outside and you’re immediately in a lively, city neighborhood

--- Timing & Rent

Ideal dates: 12/1–12/15 (short-term stay)

Dates are flexible, and I’m open to discussing exact move-in/move-out and price depending on length of stay

Great fit for someone who wants a convenient, no-stress place in SF for about two weeks

--- About Me

Stanford PhD student, moving out of this place

Win–win situation if you sublet while I’m transitioning out

--- Great For

Someone who wants to “test-drive” SF living near Caltrain without a long lease

South Bay folks who need to work in SF for a short period and want to avoid long daily commutes

Travelers who want a home base that’s walkable + transit-connected

It is like 3 night of hotel if you are here for a conference (Moscone’s center)

If you’re interested, please send a short intro (who you are, your desired dates, and how you plan to use the space). I’m happy to answer questions and share photos.
