Hi! A new room is available in my 2B/2B apartment. My current roommate has lived here for just over three years and is moving out of the country in mid-December.
Potential move in date: mid December or early January
Apartment details:
- Located along University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto; 10-15 mins walk to the shopping district of the street; 20 mins walk to Wholefoods; 10-15 mins cycle to campus
- Easy access to the freeway
- Swimming pool
- Balcony
- Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Total rent is $3800, for the bedroom that you would be leasing it is $1900/month; the total rental price for the apartment includes garbage collection and water
- The remaining utilities (e.g., electric and wi-fi) come to ~$200/month in total (so ~$100/person/month)
- The apartment has a dishwasher and there is a coin operated laundry facility in the apartment complex (2 washing machines $1.50/usage; 2 dryers $2/usage)
- parking spots in a secure basement parking garage
Current roommate details:
- Stanford postdoc since February 2025
- French male 27y
- Enjoy cooking, running/playing soccer, playing music, drawing
- Looking for someone who wants a good social connection. No need to be best friends, but it would be nice to share meals, watch movies and go out together sometimes!
