We are looking to fill one room in our Menlo Park dream house starting as soon as December 1st through the end of the lease June 30th with the option to renew for a good fit. We have an adorable 6-bedroom house on the Stanford Golf course with a full garage, in-unit washer/dryer, cute & well-decorated kitchen/living room area, fenced backyard, a grill & a fire pit, and friendly roommates: current PhD students, recent PhD grads, and research techs. We are a 7-minute bike ride from LKSC (near the intersection of Junipero Serra and Alpine Rd), and have plentiful free street and driveway parking if you have a car. Optimal location near 280 makes commuting to other areas or weekend trips a breeze.
The current housemates are friendly, value community, and make time to enjoy house events together (wine tasting, movie nights, backyard BBQs, etc.). We're looking for a considerate, clean, friendly roommate to join us. Room available December 1st -- come live in a cozy house for the holiday season!
The available room is on the first floor and very large with a nice window. It is perfect for 1 or 2 people (couple or close friends). Rent is $1975 per month + utilities. If you sign on for December 1st, I will offer a discount to $1775 per month + utilities. Comes furnished (different from picture) with a bed, a table, a couch, a desk, several desk chairs, built in shelves.
Available for viewing or zoom tours as soon as today. Living in this house has been one of the best parts of the past years for me as an MD-MS student and so excited to pass it on.
