We are looking for someone to take over our lease from the beginning to the end of January with possibility to extend after that.
The room is a huge, fully furnished, private bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet and wooden floors. The kitchen is shared with two other people, but you will have your own fridge and rarely see your housemates (both working full time). The price is 2300 $. All bills are included, along with a private parking spot in the courtyard.
The owners are very nice people and super helpful, even with car rides if necessary.
