I'm subletting my room in a beautiful house very close to campus (5-10 minute bike ride) for the winter break. There's ample street parking and happy to negotiate you using my bike while I'm gone as well. My roommates are three female Stanford grad/med students in their mid/late 20s, who will be gone some of the time as well for their on break. We also have an adorable cat who may be around for the first half of December.

Also open to renting for a shorter portion and the dates are slightly negotiable if you need to come earlier or leave later.
