I am looking to sublet my studio apartment in SF's Mission District from the end of December/beginning of January through the end of April (move-in and move-out dates are flexible). The rent is $1900 a month + $35/month internet, all other utilities included. Kitchen is fully functional with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stove. Unfortunately, no in-building laundry :(, but there is a laundromat a block away. The unit is centrally located between the 16th street and 24th street BART stations and is a 15 minute bike ride away from the 22nd street Caltrain station.
