I (28 M) am an incoming postdoctoral researcher at Stanford starting Jan 2026.
I am looking for a shared apartment, and would ideally like to rent for a year, but I am open to renting for shorter or longer times as well.
I am very clean and tidy, and I have experience staying in a shared apartment. I am a very sociable person and greatly value the privacy of others. I always follow all house rules and like to have a friendly and comfortable relationship with my landlord and housemates. Generally, I am a laid-back and easy-going person.
I am currently living in Zurich, Switzerland, so I would be available only for a virtual tour of the apartment, if that's okay with you.
However, I will pay the necessary security deposit and advance fees online before taking possession of the apartment, starting from January 2026.
