I'm going to be on travel for slightly more than a month and I was looking to sublet my room in our beautiful 5-bedroom home at 789 Los Robles Ave, Palo Alto (just a 15-minute bike ride to Stanford).
About the house:
- Fully furnished, spacious, with a large backyard
- Shared with 4 awesome housemates (Stanford postdocs & tech engineers)
- Cleaner every two weeks
Rent & costs:
- $1900/month rent - ~$100 utilities
Dates:
- I'm looking for the whole month of January but move in and move out date can be negotiated to include part of December and Februrary if necessary.
