Hello! We’re looking for a new roommate for our 3BR/2BA apartment right next to California Avenue in Palo Alto (very close to Caltrain) starting January 2026.
You’d have your own furnished private bedroom and would share the bathroom with one male roommate.
Timing: starting January 2026, but flexible start date around Dec 20
Lease takeover: through July 2026
Apartment features:
* Washer & dryer
* Full kitchen with modern appliances
* Big living room (L couch and huge TV, big dining table)
* Free parking available (1 covered, 1 uncovered)
* Storage room for bikes
* Backyard with outdoor seating
* Rent: ~$1,450/month + ~$100 utilities
Neighborhood:
* ~6-minute bike ride to Stanford campus
* A few minutes’ walk to Mollie Stone’s grocery store
* Free tennis courts 5 minutes walk away
* 5 minutes’ walk to California Avenue restaurants and Sunday farmers’ market
* Very close to Caltrain but can't hear it!
* Lovely neighbors who organize block parties and outdoor movie nights
* Silent and safe area
Roommates: You’d be living with two young professionals in Economics (one male, one female, both mid-20s at Stanford GSB – not a couple). We’re easygoing, respectful, keep shared spaces clean, and enjoy a good chat.
