We’re looking for a friendly roommate to join us in our Palo Alto home!
The House:
We have an opening in our 4-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home located in Barron Park, a very safe, tree-lined neighborhood in Palo Alto. The house has a lot of character: wood paneled walls, brick entryway, front porch and backyard. Common areas are spacious and bright - living room, dining room, kitchen, and an attached annex that is being used as a coworking space + additional storage space. Lots of shared closets. Laundry machine and dryer on site. 5 parking spaces available in the driveway with ample street parking available for guests. No pets allowed, unfortunately.
There are multiple small parks and a neighborhood trail within a 15 minute walk. 10 min drive / 15 min bike ride to Stanford campus, easy commute to many major tech offices.
Rent: $1525 + utilities (Internet; power; water. Approx $100/month per person) + $1000 security deposit (the rest was left by a previous tenant, and I will be passing it on)
Available for Move In: Starting on Dec 26 (flexible)
Rental Period: the lease is month to month, but we are looking for someone who can commit to longer term rental (at least 6 months)
You will be sharing the house with 1 female and 2 males, all mid-twenties working professionals who value a clean, organized, and friendly home environment. Unfortunately, no pets allowed.
