I live in a three-bedroom, two-bathroom detached house near Stanford University. The house is very clean and tidy, and I'd like to rent out one of the secondary bedrooms. This bedroom shares a bathroom with another secondary bedroom.
The other two bedrooms are currently occupied by two female roommates, so I'm looking for female tenants only.
Minimum lease term is one year, monthly rent is $1800 (excluding utilities).
