I am looking for a new roommate to take the second room in my appartment. My current roommate has lived here for just over three years and is moving out of the country in early January.

- Located along University Avenue in downtown Palo Alto; 10-15 mins walk to the shopping district of the street; 20 mins walk to Wholefoods; 10-15 mins cycle to campus
- Easy access to the freeway
- Swimming pool
- Balcony
- Apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Total rent is $3800, for the bedroom that you would be leasing it is $1900/month; the total rental price for the apartment includes garbage collection and water; contract is month-to-month with 30-day notice to vacate.
- The remaining utilities (e.g., electric and wi-fi) come to ~$200/month in total (so ~$100/person/month)
- The apartment has a dishwasher and there is a coin operated laundry facility in the apartment complex (2 washing machines $1.50/usage; 2 dryers $2/usage)
