It is within easy biking or walking distance to shopping, restaurants, parks. 1 minute walk to bus stop, Easy access to 101 freeways.
You will be living with a Korean couple in their 50s.
Room is furnished with a twin size bed, big desk, chair, and bookshelf. You will have access to kitchen for light cooking. Washer and dryer available. Free parking.

Basic bedroom furniture (twin size bed, large height adjustable desk )
Monthly rent: $1500 per month
Utilities: water, gas, electricity included in rent
