The house is surrounded by green trees, super quiet and far away from the road. There are no neighbors upstairs or downstairs, and most of our roommates are Stanford postdoctoral graduates or students.

Solid wood flooring, equipped with a queen size bed, desk, and chair in the room, ready to move in. Riding a bicycle takes about 12 minutes to reach the Stanford campus, with large supermarkets, coffee shops, Chinese restaurants, and Palo Alto downtown within walking distance, especially near the library. The new washing machine and dryer are free to use and include a free parking space, which can be parked in front of the house.

The lease term starts in January of 26 years, with a special discount price of $2400. The lowest price for early bird rentals is $2050, and the lease term is over 6 months.
