We currently rent a 2 bed / 1.5 bath townhouse in the 678 Bellflower luxury townhome community (see "The Preserve" floor plan here: https://www.liveat678bellflower.com/apartments/ca/sunnyvale/floor-plans#/floorplans/1870997034/) and are seeking someone to take over our lease starting around late December / early January. Attached photos are of a similar unit.
Our lease was locked in years ago at a much lower rate than the current price, so the current rent is ~$3100/month. This lease ends in March, but the lease can be renewed then and the unit is rent-controlled and will continue to be under market rate for some years to come. We are open to negotiating the rate for the period between now and March (lease end date).
The location is great, and we've enjoyed our time here. There's a in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, heating, and AC. There's ample free street parking, or you can rent carport or garage parking from the complex. The complex includes a small pool, on-site outdoor gym, and dog park. The neighborhood is quiet. It's quite walkable to restaurants, parks, and grocery stores, including Trader Joe's, Safeway, and Sprouts. It's also an easy bike ride to downtown Sunnyvale / Caltrain for those commuting to Stanford.
