We're looking for a new home for our daughter's playhouse. The picture is from when we got it, in 2011.
The playhouse is well-built and it's still in pretty good structural condition, but it's weathered and needs a thorough rinsing to get dirt off of it.
The dimensions of the floor are approximately 4 feet x 5 feet. The height is about 4 feet at the edges, up to about 4 1/2 feet at the apex.
It has a shake roof, which you can't see in the picture. It also has a plywood floor and wood frame base that my dad and I built for it. (In the picture it's standing on bricks, before we built the base & floor). It would need some sort of carpet or foam floor tiles to cover the plywood.
It's currently disassembled, though it's straightforward to re-assemble. (the hardest part is lifting the roof, which is a 2-person job).
We originally bought the playhouse at an event for Rebuilding Together Silicon Valley. So we're not looking to sell it for money. But if you'd like to make a small contribution to them (or to another charity / NGO that you support) that would be great.
