Seeking a reliable, part-time Property Manager to support a small community living house and assist with basic coordination tasks for a small company and its CEO (who lives on the property.)
This is a part-time, flexible role ideal for a candidate looking for hands-on experience in operations, facilities support, or personal assisting.
Duties included, but not limited to:
• Being onsite to coordinate with maintenance staff
• Running local errands (shipping, supply pickup, admin tasks)
• Performing light non-technical tasks (e.g., tidying common spaces, organizing storage)
• Collaborating with a virtual assistant on task management
• Friendly and respectful interaction with house residents.
• Assisting with small projects as-needed
• Support the CEO of the company with organizational tasks
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation and driver’s license
• Strong communication and follow-through
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Tech-savvy, with experience in apps like Slack, Linear & Google Docs
Nice-To-Haves:
• Interest in knowledge management and AI note-taking tools
• Experience in communal living
$25-35/hr
15-20 hours per week
