Hello! We are a couple looking for a 2-bedroom apartment or small house in Palo Alto or Menlo Park, ideally beginning January or early February for a ~6-month lease; budget is ~$4k with some flexibility (timing and budget flexible on both ends).
We’re hoping to rent an entire unit rather than a room in a shared home.
One of us works in research and applied ML at a Stanford lab, and the other works remotely with her startup. We’re quiet, respectful, and take good care of the spaces we live in. We’re stable, responsible tenants and happy to provide references if helpful.
Budget is flexible depending on the unit and location, and we’re especially interested in places that feel calm, livable, and well-maintained.
