Location preferences:
- Palo Alto preferred
- Ideally near California Avenue, but open to nearby areas
Budget:
- $2,000–$3,500 per month, depending on location and setup
About me:
- Quiet, respectful, and responsible professional
- Very low-key lifestyle
- No parties, no smoking, no pets
- Typically spend most weekdays (and weekends) at the office
- Clean and considerate of shared spaces
What I’m looking for:
- Furnished or semi-furnished preferred
- Stable internet and a quiet environment for work
- Open to apartment, condo, or part of a house
