Hi there! I have a private bedroom in a 2 bed, 1 bath opening starting in March. Move-in date is semi-flexible. Female roommates only, and long-term housing preferred.

A bit about me and the house:
- I’m 25, working in research admin. and studying public health.
- Some of my hobbies are cooking, running, reading, crafting, and going to the movies with friends.
- As a roommate, I’m pretty clean, and would like someone who shares this value. I occasionally have friends over and am very cool with my roommate hosting friends too!
- The house has a cottage-y vibe in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. Our neighbors are all families, and there's a central laundry room.
- We have a full living room, kitchen, back-patio, lots of storage, and there will be a reserved parking spot for the second resident at no extra charge!
- The room has a built-in closet and can comfortably fit a queen bed, desk, bookshelf, etc.
- Rent is $1350. Utilities come to about $100-150, keeping total cost under $1500/month.
- The lease does not allow pets or smoking.
- House is located near San Antonio Caltrain and Shopping Center, so there are many restaurants and stores nearby too.
