We are looking for someone to move into our peaceful studio ADU. We are hoping to find someone who is interested in a one year lease, starting in early 2026. The studio has its own entrance and views of the garden.

- One year lease starting in early 2026
- The studio is unfurnished
- We are located a 15-20 min walk to Castro street (& the Caltrain station) and a 2 min walk to Steven’s Creek Trail, in a Mountain View neighborhood.
- Monthly rent is $1,850 per month. Utilities are included! (WiFi can be included as well).
- Laundry is not included. There is a laundromat that is a one minute drive away (just around the corner).
- Tell us a bit about yourself! You could potentially come see the unit in early Jan.
- If we mutually think it’s a good fit and you are interested in moving in, we will ask for a credit check (~$40) and a security deposit of one months rent.
- We had a great relationship with our last tenant, we live next door to the studio and it is so nice to be trustworthy and kind neighbors to one another.
