I'm a recent PhD graduate of Stanford. I'm looking for a female roommate to sign a 2B2B lease together, with move-in planned for mid-February. After several months of searching in person, I found a nice 2B2B unit with a good price compared to the current market, and I’m hoping to find someone to sign the lease together.

Rent: $4,000 total (includes water & trash)
o $2,000 per person
o Garage parking: $100/month (optional)
o Electricity / Wi-Fi / sewage utilities: estimated $100–200 total (depends on usage)
→ Estimated total per person:
*With car: up to $2,200
*Without car: up to $2,100
Layout & Features:
o 2B2B with identical bedrooms (~1,200 sqft)
o 4th floor (top floor), high vaulted ceilings, south-facing with excellent sunlight
o Private bathroom for each bedroom with hot tub

o Additional spacious den/loft area (included)
o Remodeled and very clean

o Palo Alto (close to Stanford)
o Within 10 minutes walking distance to California Avenue Station
o Quiet, safe neighborhood

o Clean, quiet Korean female, non-smoker
o While I’m looking for a roommate mainly for financial reasons, I’d love to live comfortably together and hopefully become friends as well. :)
