My husband and I are looking for an apartment to rent from Feb 7 (date may be flexible if we come to an agreement). We are not looking for shared appartments/houses, all areas (kitchen, bathroom and common areas) must be fully private.

Preferably 6 month to 1 year (or even longer), but we are flexible with the duration.
Preferably 1BR and within 3 miles of Stanford University.

I am a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University and he is studying to become a frontend developer.
We are both very clean and tidy, non-smokers with no pets. I have a secure income from my postdoctoral research scholarship.
